So coming back from the first event of the APB Tour 2018, I was lucky enough to be able to head straight into see Philip. I am happy with the up and coming 4 weeks of training. I was able to get some of the best Caves I have seen in forever and managed another hike up Lions Head, this time with Rosie. That was accompanied by some waves at Noordhoek.
